Research shows us that unused connections die off, therefore stimulating your baby in a variety of ways has a positive impact on their development.
What does the class involve?
We provide activities and ideas which offer a unique mixture of stimulation and relaxation, including:
Baby Sensory Play - with a balance of adult-led and child-initiated activities based around a different theme each week, meaning no two weeks are the same.
Baby Yoga - To relax and strengthen your baby, supporting their physical development.
Rhythm & flow: Dancing to release tension and build strength.
Music and Rhymes - To develop early language and speech
Relaxation time - to help your baby unwind and take in all that they have learned. Toward the end of each session, we use calming baby sensory lighting and sounds, promoting periods of deeper sleep and helping the baby feel secure, attached, and bonded to the caregiver.
All activities are breath-led to encourage core activation, stress relief, structural alignment, and improved performance. mindful breathing techniques activate the amygdala (the emotional regulation center of our brain), reducing negative emotions and stimulating positive changes in mood and cognition.
Explore all the senses in a fun and engaging environment. The healing room offers zen vibrations to release any new parent stresses to recharge & restrengthen your body mind & soul. Both baby and carer will find relaxation & connection as we sing, we dance, we play & breathe. A beautiful time to bond together & have fun
